ABOUT LEAP AHEAD

Having founded and run successfully her own training company for 15 years, Blaize Davies established Leap Ahead in 2004 to provide professional coaching to leaders and managers. She now works with many different types of organizations in the private, public and social economy sectors.

My skills and experience

• Certified practitioner in NLP
• Qualified coach and trainer
• Listed in Who's Who in West Yorkshire, 2003.
• Successfully trained and coached over 1,000 people.
• In 1992 I set up and ran an employers' network in Leeds providing business support, seminars and events to promote good employment practice to over 60 companies.

My approach
I use a range of techniques including neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behaviour techniques, assertiveness training and goal setting.

My coaching is driven by the following principles:
