I offer coaching for business leaders and their staff to help raise levels of performance or deal with specific issues.

Free Consultation
A free one hour consultation will enable you to discuss your needs and gain a better understanding of how coaching can help you and your staff. Following this, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining the recommended coaching programme and costs.

What happens in a coaching session
I will work with you and your staff to:

• Attain clarity and sharper purpose;
• Learn to think in different ways
• Push boundaries
• Create momentum and inspiration for change and moving forward

Cost
Fees start at £65 per hour
Coaching can be delivered over the phone as well as face to face.

Additional Services
I also deliver tailor-made training, which can be used to support or follow a coaching programme.  My specialisms include: communication skills; goal setting; time management; recruitment and selection.
